We process orders within two business days. The shipping times chosen at the checkout don’t include the processing time. Please note, we are currently experiencing high volume of orders and there might be delays in our processing times.
Once your order is processed, it will be delivered by Canada Post within 2 to 9 days.
Shipping is free for all orders of $40 and more. Free shipping delivery times are between 4 to 7 business days.
You can cancel your order within 20 minutes of placing it, after which it is sent to our team for processing. To cancel your order, go to the order confirmation page and click on the Cancel button. If the button is not available, your order is outside of the cancellation time window.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number in it. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to display the status of your order.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If you would like to submit a claim about your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order, attaching a clear image of the box, as well as the barcode and batch number (next to the best before date on the box.)
