We process orders within two business days. The shipping times chosen at the checkout don’t include the processing time.
Once your order is processed, it will be delivered by Canada Post within 2 to 9 days.
To qualify for standard free shipping, your order must contain two or more items. Free shipping delivery times are between 2 to 9 days.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 20 minutes of placing it, after which it is sent to our team for processing. To cancel your order, go to the order confirmation page and click on the Cancel button. If the button is not available, your order is outside of the cancellation time window.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within Canada and the United States. To place an order from the U.S., please visit www.madegoodfoods.com
Do you provide tracking information for orders?
Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number in it. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to display the status of your order.
Can I return my order or get a refund?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If you would like to submit a claim about your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order, attaching a clear image of the box, as well as the barcode and batch number (next to the best before date on the box.)
